From the workshop
The workshop keeps the whole file. These are the parts that survive being written down.
The Codex
Every era rewrites it. No era finishes it.
The Codex is the text humanity keeps almost writing — scratched into a psychiatrist's notepad, a mystic's woodcut, a chatroom nobody thought to save. Different hands, the same dictation underneath. What follows is only what survived translation. Verse numbers skip. That is not damage. That is the rest of the text, still out there.
